amusing and awkward. poor Neville. He's probably scarred for life. Lacewings? Polyjuice potion? "Spending too much time with brothers-in-law"? Stealing from Snape a bad habit.
Suspicions definitely confirmed.

Hoping that you continue the story.
Thanks

Well, the two new professors are interesting characters...and their similarities to our heroic couple are intriguing.
Not wanting to jump to conclusions, but becoming very suspicious, your faithful reader,

Oh man this is cool. Terrible. Horrible. But undeniably and unconditionally cool.

What the hell has he gone and done, the idiot! Whatever that is it's going to eat him alive. Ok, now I'm super curious as to what power Draco's been offered up to on behalf of Tommy-boy. Jeez this is gettin exciting.

Oh man. And just when I had decided that I would get to work after this chapter. Drat.

The new DADA professors are amazing and I love them already.
"I have discovered over the years that it is very easy to be wise. All you have to do is; think of something stupid to say and merely say the opposite." Dumbledore is the wisest man in existence and, as I said before, you are a mad genius. I bow to you. I'm putting this as my favorite quote in my profile now. I hope you don't mind.

Holy crap. *I feel an urge to snap my metaphysical fingers.* That was singularly the most amazing thing I've ever read. Took me at least ten minutes to stop laughing and continue reading! The bit with Malfoy in the end was interesting, curious to see where that leads. I'm going to read a couple more chapters and then I have to get to work. Blast.
Still impressed by your seemingly boundless knowledge of all things cool: movies, books, television shows and music...and by your flawless method of incorporating them into your story,
Wooster

Heheh.. Nothing's set in stone, in reference to a stone tablet. I like it.
Ginny used almost the exact line that Hilary used. Hrm. I wonder what's going on?!? *fwee*
and we know that Harry dies. However, it never mentions him staying dead. Like Draco (there's precedent) his heart only has to stop for him to be considered 'dead'
Of course, you could consider it that Harry has already died. His heart stopped several times when he got shot. It doesn't say he'll die during his seventh year, but before his studies end.
According to Gregory Proteus, he will never stop learning, and therefore, he will only stop studying when he dies, therefore, he cannot die before his studies end.
I love conspiracy theories!!!
gotta read s'more now

Ok, I'm pretty sure I've got this all figured out, as far as Hilary and Gregory go. They're obviously our wonder couple. It talked about Hilary changing her hair color. This means that she may of had... say... red hair?
Remember the line, when talking about Gregory's fear of red, "Imagine if you had had red hair!" Hilary laughed at this. Obviously, she did have red hair, and changed it so as to not bother him.
Add this incident to the fact that the wine bottles don't have a year (perhaps they just don't want anyone to know which year, because the year hasn't passed yet, or somesuch?) It also explains their aurae, which were both very similar to Harry's and Ginny's.
My question is... What happened to Harry to make him so scared of the color red?

Very interesting.
I can't wait to read about why Draco was important, and what happens when Harry dies.
Though I'm glad that it wasn't their future selves that had to die. Hell of a bleak future that'd have been.

Elvis? Awesome.
And so, which of the pair is going to die? Harry himself? Or Gregory in Harry's place?
If its Gregory, that's quite a bleak future for Harry/Gregory. Not much of a future at all.

heheheh.......
I will not fear, fear is the mind killer. fear is the little death within us all. I will face my fear and I will let it pass through me.

'Just behind him was Professor McGonagall and Duncan Idaho, the senior Auror in charge of the division that was now permanently stationed at Hogwarts.'
*raises an eyebrow* I wonder if the abomination, Alia is with Duncan... ;p

Frank Herbert would be rolling in his grave. Idaho & Halleck were good, but not magical!
