if harry doesnt get there in time and she is well raped then you may just ruin the story we have all been reading..

I loved the student's encounter with Dumbledore & Snape. Even Dd had to admit he went too far.

Too bad about Harry losing his cool with the muggle gang, though. That will hurt his self image.

Liked the gun, and the twins encounter with Molly.

I really like this story. The interactions between the characters are great!

Thanks so much for writing it.

Such a good ciffy to end with. A good bit of story development here that was quite enjoyable. Somehow I don't think either of the Malfoy males are going to enjoy the next chapter; though Draco admittedly did not enjoy the end of this one - it's hell when your target doesn't respond like you expect him to.

Wow!! I had to review before I read the next chapter, this was great. First there is the bit between Harry and Hermione where they are both made to look at moral questions differently than they had. Then there is the whole thing in Dumbledore's office, Snape getting slapped so hard I imagine that he'll be feeling it for a month, and all of it was well written. Very cool! Keep up the good work.

Wow, the Malfoys, both of them, really need to die. Doesn't have to be painful or anything, just really soon.

The link from the story listing to the Backwards Compatible chapter listing only showed the first five chapters. Might want to fix that.

Overall review - very good. Sorry that even after his "relationship of convienence" with Luna that it didn't grow into something else. (What can I say - I ship Harry/Luna :-)

One thing about this last chapter, though. Since Harry knows that Dumbledore has told the paintings to watch him, isn't he being too open talking about breaking his hand and other future actions?

Love the story! Looking forward to more.

Thanks

I'll admit, I was perplexed for a while when I first started to read this story, and that always makes me cautious. That state of mind came from my trying to make sense of what you were writing as I was intrigued but lost. I was cautious because I've read to many stories where they did not tie all of the plot elements together. You have done that and the story is catching my attention and I look forward to see where you take it. Keep up the good work.

i'd forgotten how much i enjoyed this story; i'm really hoping your muse gives you more to work with. But then, I'm a sucker for Harry/Hermione (well written ones anyway); and you write them quite well.

Honestly, this is an excellent story and you're an excellent author. I do hope your posting it here (congratulations on being invited, by the way) might provide additional motivation to add a new chapter or two in the future? Thank you for the HP fan fiction you've provided to date!

Excellent work so far... It will be interesting to see where you go with this. It was a little confusing in the beginning, but at least I figured out that it wasn't Harry before he showed up.

Is there a particular reason that Harry was so obvious about his return? It really started to make big changes to the time line, and thus has the possibility of making his future memories invalid. Clearly, he wanted to do that at some point, and within the year (before Hermione was kidnapped) but isn't he making it that much harder on himself? Yah for Harry opening up to Hermione!
