Well, that's definitely something different as Freddy takes nighttime control of Harry. Methinks it's not going to be a pleasant remainder of term for anyone. I can't blame him for being unhappy with Ron, that nightmare had to be, on some levels, far more pleasant than delving into Tom's mind or sendings. I suspect Severus may find that he's critically weakened Harry in some critical areas and I do so hope Freddy makes him pay for it.

This should be horrifically interesting!
Maybe the idea for this came from watching Nightmare on Elm Street, then getting a bed time dose of Order of the Pheonix! Just a thought =D
I haven't ever watched any of the Freddy movies, but this was entertaining. Like the use of anger, as opposed to love/fear or those other oft used emotions.

god damn you slow bastard, if you weren't such a good writer i swear your creations would eat you :) Looking forward to the next chapter, in 2012 if you follow your current schedule...

Three words mark this story already: OH MY GOD! I can, and yet can't, believe that you are putting the Nightmare Fiend in a HP story. Can't wait for the next Chapter. Good Work, man!

...I like it! I do hope it's going to be the Robert Englund version, and not the new guy? The horrible jokes were what made Freddy, after all.

You are a sick lizard, Louie. And I thought Pinhead was bad...
This has potential. I look forward to the next chap. Though I will ask...no killing Cho, please? I have a thing for Asian girls...(shy grin)

Can you kill Umbridge? And Ginny? And Susan Bones. Thanks :)

I really enjoyed this and can't wait to read more! Though, I feel a little dumb, since when I first read the "one, two..." I thought of Buffy (the vamprire slayer.... gentlemen episode if you've seen buffy), but this was waaay better than that would have been :) I love that Harry is upset from being waken up from a nightmare!

That's interesting. It's certainly not nice, but it's interesting.

Wow! What a powerful opener! I am not a fan of the Nightmare franchise, so probably missed quite a few references, but I am certainly looking forward to where you might take this.
BTW, has "Culture Shock" been abandoned?

This is a really twisted story! I'm not real fond of Freddy Cruger but I'm game to follow this as you develope it. Harry's reaction to being woke up was really weird but I can't really blame him. Thanks for writing. pms

*stares* Oh, now this is rather interesting... I always liked Freddy. He was...intriguing. Can't wait to see more of your usual quality work!
