This is an exciting introduction to the story. It triggers a lot of curiousity.

I like the story a lot, and have read it on fanfiction.net. I'm glad to see it here.

I think this is a very funny couple of sentences:

Vernon thought that something had happened and his nephew had dropped dead because of it. He didn't know whether to be worried or thrilled by this,

Minor suggestion for this chapter:
You write:

willing to do whatever to took

I think you want "...whatever iit took ".

I think you can drop the TBC at the end of the chapter, since you've already continued it.

Fascinating. I know I've at least read some of this story, the summary sounds scarily familiar to me, but I don't remember it at all, although I'm sure things will come back to me as I read, just as they did with Order of the Pheonix and Well of Shadows. This chapter is quite intriguing. Good way to hook a reader if you ask me, all I want to do is read on and find out what's going on.

I have read several "Harry-goes-back-and-fixed-a-bad-ending" fics. The ones I've read here at FFA are particularly good. But most of them go to his first year or before to straighten out everything.

Evidently this is a 'straightener' also, but I love the unique perspective of going back to post OotP. He won't save Sirius from the Veil or Ginny from the Chamber experience. So pre-HBP, this isn't really AU.

I like it.

OK! That is an interesting twist. I am looking forward to finding out just what is going on. Thanks for writing. pms

The universe sneezed.

This is now my all-time favorite line. Interesting take on time-travel fics. I like how you're telling it from where Book 5 left off, instead of starting at some point in the distant future and following the older Harry back.

I am familiar with this story as I came across it at Fanfiction.net. Is the story being rewritten as it is posted? In any case, it is nice to see Vernon afraid of Harry for a change...

I find myself wondering if he folded Vernon up and stuck him in the cupboard.

Great start!
