Very interesting story so far. I like it and am looking forward to more.
One question though: Does "Father's" changing of color to a lighter hue (going from black to charcoal grey) mean something of import (like damage) or is it merely an indicator that his batteries need recharging so-to-speak?

Just was wondering when you are going to make your next update. Hoping you haven't abandoned this story.

Hiya Rusk,
Can't help but wonder if this fic is still ongoing. It's a wonderful story and frankly, I've reread it multiple times already... I'm a bit on edge though since it's been months since i've seen an update. Don't get me wrong, I ain't pestering you to update, just curious if the fic's been abandoned or just put on hold. I'm sure all your fans ffeel the same. Thanks for a great fic and keep up the good work!

I started this originally on ff.net quite a while ago, but then gave it up when I couldn't stand that site any longer. I restarted it here a couple days ago and have been hooked ever since. The intrigue and mystery and humor have kept me awake far too late every night (as you can see by my posting at 4:20 a.m.) immersed in your work. Thank you.

Ok, I couldn't see when this story was updated last- but please update it soon!
It's original and the characters are in character.
The war that is happening and been acknowledged is intriguing- especially how each of the characters actions affect what is happening in the present, what happened in the future Harry knows and the potential future.
Harry's struggles to control himself and the information that he knows is fantastic. As is the future that Harry has admitted to- can't wait to see what he has held back (did anything happen between him and Voldemort?) as it feels like he is still keeping secrets.
Once again- please update soon.
Do you have an update notification list?

You haven't updated this thing since MARCH?! Oh the horror, the terror, the disappointment...now that is out of the way.
A good story, you have takent the time to build the story. Which is rare in itself. I feel that Harry's actions are going to cost him. He may be willing to kill now, but he's going about it the wrong way and it is going to cost him.
Still, this was fun to read. I hope you do decided to contiue it at some point. It's to good to just abandon.
Good luck.

Totally, completely and undeniably brilliant!
I have rarely enjoyed a story more, be it fanfic or published novel.
Your combination of humour, action, fabulous characterizations, cool plot and genuine emotion had me reading this in one sitting from 1am right through to 11.30am.
I'm totally blown away by your talent and skill as a writer, and will be following you carefully.

I saw a reference/recommendation to this story a week ago and came back to revisit one of my favourite chapters and got stuck in the briar patch ... my only escape was to re-read it through to the end. Well, the end of what you've published thus far.
The very last word of which (on this site) is 'TBC...', by the way ...
I do hope that one day we get to see this story continued. I want to see the lovely, touching relationship between Harry and Hermione evolve - you've written that very, very well, I love how you paint H/Hr in your stories. I want to see how Ginny reacts when Luna makes her feelings known (typically that's not my cup of tea but you've laid it out so slowly, and engendered such empathy in us for Luna, I just want them both to be happy, and keenly hoping for same). I hope to see Ron stabilised. And I want to see big explosions, scattered chunks of Death Eaters and a Voldemort-shaped mushroom cloud :-)
Reading your Author's Notes on the fanfiction.net version you were happily answering fans' questions, saying things like 'the L/G relationship takes form in the next two chapters' and 'the story is only one-third complete thus far'. Arrrgh! Talk about a tease ... :-)
I hope you're OK and that one day you might complete this. Cheers.

Wow! Great story so far -- I can't wait for more (so please hurry ;-). I hope Harry and Hermione continue to become closer, and that Ginny soon realizes that Luna is on the prowl. Finding out who Ron's future wife is. I would also love if Luna managed to talk Hermione and Ginny into "helping" Harry with the sex-based power-ritual. Don't know how long you'll keep this story going, but perhaps (if they survives the war) Ginny and Luna -- with Hermione's permission -- could enlist Harry's help if they wanted children.
Anyway, keep up the great work and post more soon.

Just re-read this again - with a great deal of enjoyment - you have a wonderful way of painting scenes with a few words, saving the precise descriptions for those places that they are absolutely necessary. Such an intricate plot line is a joy also. I hope that the hiatus will soon be over, and that whatever it is in RL that is preventing you from writing will have a happy ending.
Warmest regards

Please update, this story is too good to fade into the annals of lost fanfictions.
